Internet Privacy Policy

On an initial enquiry we will require a name, post code, contact number, vehicle type and condition, service required and e-mail address to be provided to enable us to discuss basic concepts. However the client must accept that until all details pertinent to the business in question have been disclosed, full advice and recommendation cannot be deemed to have been given.

We will not telephone clients unless we have their permission to do so. Entering a telephone number on any of our electronic enquiry forms is taken as permission to call.

Where personal and/or financial information is given or sent to a customer via electronic means, we will send that information encrypted. We will not store usable financial information. Where it is not possible to protect data in this fashion, we will only send such information to a specific e-mail address on specific instruction from the customer.

We will not pass on your details to any third party, other than in the execution of submitting your business to a provider such as PayPal.

When you become a client we may write to you from time to time with newsletters and important information relating to the business you have undertaken with us. You have the right to opt out of these communications if you so wish. We will only telephone you if the matter relates directly to the business you have undertaken with us.
